EMT Testing

All EMS testing will be at Louisa County Middle School located at 1009 Davis Highway
Mineral, VA 23117.  All testing begins at 9:00 a.m. and any LATE arrivals will NOT be allowed to test. All applicants will need to bring a photo ID. FORMS NEEDED FOR BLS TESTING (pdf)

Driving Directions From Charlottesville: To reach the school from Charlottesville, take I64 E to exit 143 Ferncliff.  Turn LEFT onto Rt. 208 Courthouse Rd.  In 8.9  miles turn RIGHT onto E Main St/US-33/VA-208/VA-22. Continue to follow VA-208/VA-22 4.7 miles to school on right.

 

Online Test Registration Applications and registration fees must be received by the TJEMS office TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the test date. All registration fees will be $50.00 except for the written test only which is no charge. Please review all the information above before pressing the SUBMIT button.
