EMS Performance Improvement and Education Coordinator, full-time

The Tidewater EMS Council is seeking a highly qualified individual to lead the council's performance improvement program and supervise various educational activities. The coordinator performs, facilitates and encourages ongoing data collection and analysis to identify EMS performance improvement trends and assists in the development of corrective action plans and education to address shortfalls. The coordinator also supervises council-sponsored EMS training and testing activities and develops and implements related projects supporting the objectives of the council.
